Igor & his team did a fantastic job renovating my mother’s property.
I cannot thank them enough, we were so impressed from start to finish. Igor & his team are very trustworthy, hard working, friendly and kept the place clean after they finished work. Igor provided solutions during the works which was very helpful.
The whole property was renovated, which included all new fixtures and fittings. The old bathroom & separate WC was reconfigured into one large shower room. The electric meter and gas meter was relocated outside, new central heating, boiler installation, plumbing, all the floors were insulated. Also new windows, all external walls rendered. I would highly recommend Combit Construction and certainly use them in the future.

I am happy to provide this review for Combit Construction, who completed a full refurbishment of my house in 2018, including a loft extension, back extension, and various structural works. Igor was highly professional and demonstrated exceptional attention to detail, putting his full energy into the project. The work was completed to an outstanding standard, and as I write this review in 2025, it has truly stood the test of time. Combit Construction proved to be reliable and delivered high-quality workmanship, and I would happily use them again.

Our 1950s detached five-bedroom house underwent a complete renovation, both inside and out. The project included a loft conversion, new balconies, and a spacious 100m² extension added to the rear of the house. Additionally, built-in wardrobes were installed in all our bedrooms and the library, and custom desks were beautifully designed around our bay windows for our children—it looks absolutely stunning!
Igor and his team did a fantastic job, as you can see from the photos. He is an incredibly knowledgeable project manager who meticulously broke down every detail of the work required and its associated costs. This level of transparency was important to me, as it demonstrated his expertise and gave me confidence in the accuracy of his quotes. Furthermore, he provided numerous impressive testimonials, along with pictures and videos of previous projects, which reassured me that he was the right choice.
This experience was completely different from the other three companies we received quotes from. Their estimates lacked detail, and they made assumptions about our needs without asking the necessary questions.
Amazingly, the entire project was completed within the planned eight-month timeframe and stayed within budget! I highly recommend Combit Construction for any major house renovation projects.

Renovating a house can be quite stressful, we were lucky to find Igor and his team. They made the process smoother with good communication and honesty. They were professional and took pride in their workmanship. Our three girls were very happy with their new bedroom, bathroom and library. We highly recommend Igor and his team.

I couldn’t be happier with the outstanding renovation work Combit Construction completed on my flat. From our very first meeting, Igor demonstrated exceptional professionalism and attention to detail. What particularly impressed me was their ability to navigate the complexities of working within an apartment block with numerous restrictions.
Igor’s communication throughout the project was exemplary – always clear, prompt, and proactive. His team was not only highly skilled but also a pleasure to work with, maintaining a positive and respectful presence throughout the renovation. The quality of their finishing work truly sets them apart, with every detail executed to perfection.
The project was so successful that several of my neighbors have since hired Combit for their own renovations, and they’ve all shared similarly positive experiences. This speaks volumes about the consistency and reliability of their work.
For anyone seeking a trustworthy, skilled, and professional renovation team, I wholeheartedly recommend Igor and the Combit team. They’ve proven that high-quality craftsmanship and excellent customer service can go hand in hand.

The quality of work carried out by Igor and his team was to a high standard and they are especially good at solving any unexpected problems that they may encounter. Combit Construction represents a team of highly skilled professionals. They provided a clear timeline and budget, and they stuck to both, which is rare in the construction industry. The quality of workmanship was outstanding, with great attention to detail and high-quality materials.
What impressed me the most was their commitment to customer satisfaction. They addressed any concerns promptly and made sure everything was completed to the highest standard.
Overall, I highly recommend Combit Construction to anyone looking for reliable and skilled professionals. I will definitely be using their services again in the future.

Igor and his team removed our dilapidated lean-to conservatory and built a beautiful new extension in its place. In addition, they turned what was our old kitchen into a shower and utility room, building sleek cupboards to house our paraphernalia so that the new open plan kitchen and living area remain clear and uncluttered. From the outset, Igor and Ivan were determined to make the utility room an object lesson in space saving storage and purpose built carpentry. Rezo and David worked tirelessly on the build, always punctual and professional. The team also came up with the possibility of a wrap around patio, where there had been old paving slabs and broken concrete. All of which attests to Combit’s special quality – the team really care about their work and are only satisfied with the best possible results, offering creative ideas and clever solutions along the way. Igor was always on hand to support and advise, and made sure that we were kept abreast of costs so that there were, in his words, ‘no nasty surprises’. This was very reassuring. So thank you all at Combit for your workmanship, care, creativity and enthusiasm.

It was not an easy project but the expertise and professionalism of Igor and his Team ensured that we have a very solid and well constructed home. We would highly recommend this company, they go the extra mile.

I’ve worked with Combit Construction on my kitchen extension project. It was a big project, but Igor and his guys did an excellent job, accommodating all my requests. I’m very pleased with the final results. Igor also provides 1-year guarantee on the work his guys are doing, which I’m very happy to see.

I chose Combit Construction after a Google search for renovation specialists in North London. I was renovating a two-bedroom flat and wanted to get a few quotes for the job. I received quotes from three different companies and I went with Combit.
I chose Combit because I found Igor to be very thorough in understanding what I wanted to achieve, my budget, and time scale. Igor’s quote was not the cheapest however, it was the most thorough, and well-thought-out.
Throughout the build, I found that Igor’s workmen were working to a very high standard and when challenges arose Igor knew how to resolve them.
I would have no doubt in recommending Igor to others and he would be the first person I would turn to for future projects.

I worked with Combit to extend and open-plan the ground floor of our home. Igor, Rezo, Ivan, Oleg and the rest of the team always worked tirelessly to ensure the highest possible quality and that we were always satisfied with the work being done. Igor is a trustworthy adviser, always on-hand to provide creative recommendations and collaborate together through any challenges that our project encountered. I would give the highest possible recommendation to Igor and his team, without reservation. I look forward to working again with them in future.

Igor and his team did a 2nd project in our house. This time it was constructing outbuilding in our garden – gym + shower room + sauna. Plus also renovating our garden in the process.
Guys did a great job, as always, we’re happy with the results. I’d recommend Combit Renovations company.

Igor and his Combit team completed a big and complicated flat renovation for us. We basically completely redid our whole flat, that is change all flooring throughout (level, sound insulate, and new flooring), change all ceilings throughout (level, sounds insulate, and new lights), new kitchen, two new bathrooms, renovate/improve our balcony, etc. Moreover, we’ve done all this while abroad keeping in touch with Igor on a nearly daily basis through a combination of calls, videos, and messages – which he was sending us about our project.
We’re extremely happy with the end result (see pictures). We obviously encountered quite a few unexpected problems along the way and Igor & his team were really good at resolving them. The end result is very high quality, even better than we had hoped! See for examples how nice the flooring looks or how nice the tiles were installed in the bathrooms. My neighbors also commended the team for being very tidy & quiet in the common areas.

Thank you to Igor and his team for taking on our large downstairs and first floor bathroom renovation project. Igor and his guys were thorough and professional, worked quickly and carried on with the works while my family and I were still living in the house. They completed the job by our requested deadline.

Igor and his team did our rear extension, which included significant demolition, structural alterations and bespoke interiors. The project has its set of challenges as we found some surprises in our existing structure after the demolition phase, but full marks to Igor and his team for being patient, methodical, solution focused, and always coming up with creative ideas to solve problems. We were staying upstairs with young kids through the duration of our project and Igor’s team were extremely sensitive to this, respected our space, and minimising disruptions where possible. The finish is fantastic, and all thanks to Igor. They also subsequently returned to rectify minor snagging one year after completion demonstrating his commitment to customer care.

My wife and I went with Combit Construction for our garage conversion and we are very happy with the end result. The construction was at a period when COVID restrictions were in force, but Igor made sure the project completed on time and on budget despite additional works that were unforeseen. He went above and beyond to make us happy, including liaising with the Local Planning Officer on certain matters on our behalf. We felt the pricing was competitive, and the builders were professional and reliable. Highly recommended.

We renovated our 2 bedroom apartment using Combit Construction. Igor and his team are very hard working and reliable. Any queries were answered immediately. Igor gave us advice and quickly came up with solutions and suggestions for challenges that we encountered. At the end we were quite pressured for time, but the team made it possible for us to move in without major delays.

“We needed to convert our garage into a room years ago but because of our bad experiences with builders in the past we could not face the mess, the music, the shouting, the not knowing whether the builders were going to show up, the starting late and leaving early afternoon, all the problems they kept telling us we had, the surprised extras on our final invoice, etc.
However, it came to a point that we really had to convert the garage and on asking around we were recommended to Igor at Combit Construction.
From the moment we spoke to Igor and subsequently met him, our faith in builders was restored. He is totally dedicated to his work and we felt like his only clients because he came round so many times during the day to check on the work. He always makes himself available to speak to you and always very obliging and helpful.
We cannot recommend this building firm highly enough.
We found everyone extremely efficient, hardworking, reliable and so polite.
They were unobtrusive – never heard a raised voice or radio. Always tidied both inside and outside every day and always were helpful with suggestions and ideas.
They took a pride in their work, were loyal to each other and always so helpful to us in so many ways. Never came to us with problems – they solved the problems, and the only extras on our final invoice was what we had added on ourselves – Igor always keeping us aware of the additional cost.
Furthermore I know they will also give a good aftercare service.”

I was let down by my previous builders and called Combit Construction to help me to finish my project – converting 4 bedroom house into HMO.
Igor provided me with a very detailed quotation and reasonable cost.
I felt that I could trust Igor and his team as the project took off quickly and progressed very well.
It was a pleasure to work with Igor, as he gave us lots of helpful advise and took care of entire project.
Our communication was really good. I received video and photo reports regularly.
I came to visit the project only once – at the completion. I was really happy about all building stages and was very delighted to see the completed project with all attentions to the details.
I would happily recommend Igor and his Combit Construction team to everyone and definitely looking forward to use him again in my next projects.

It was a delight to know workers who took pride in their work.
They were professional, thoughtful, respectful, on time and went the extra mile to complete the job in the allocated time.
Igor and his team worked on demolishing a back garden wall and replacing it with wood panels. Concrete the back garden. Pointing exterior walls. Painting exterior of whole house . Repair and render window sills. Power washing some areas making it look like new.
Carried out some small extra work, all at high standards.
I am very pleased with the completed project and would recommend Combit Construction.

Igor and his team did a fantastic job with my extension and extensive groundworks/landscaping, working through a very wet winter and Covid (within guidelines). The quality of the work is exceptionally high – Igor and his team think about both the aesthetics (they all have incredible attention to detail and provide suggestions on the finishes) and the long-term functionality and practicality of the build – they do not cut corners. Igor and his team were very polite and friendly and you could see genuine delight in making their clients happy. I would highly recommend Combit.

We needed some structural modifications made on our new house, however, only just moving to London we did not have any contacts.
After researching numerous builders we found Combit Construction who were the first company who we felt comfortable working with.
Igor was always readily available and talked a great deal of sense, without confusing the customer with building jargon.
They were able to give us a date that fitted with our schedules well and completed the whole job in a day without fuss, and all at an excellent price!
I would highly recommend them to anyone and will certainly be look to use them again when we require further work.
Many Thanks.
