Igor & his team did a fantastic job renovating my mother’s property.
I cannot thank them enough, we were so impressed from start to finish. Igor & his team are very trustworthy, hard working, friendly and kept the place clean after they finished work. Igor provided solutions during the works which was very helpful.
The whole property was renovated, which included all new fixtures and fittings. The old bathroom & separate WC was reconfigured into one large shower room. The electric meter and gas meter was relocated outside, new central heating, boiler installation, plumbing, all the floors were insulated. Also new windows, all external walls rendered. I would highly recommend Combit Construction and certainly use them in the future.

Our 1950s detached five-bedroom house underwent a complete renovation, both inside and out. The project included a loft conversion, new balconies, and a spacious 100m² extension added to the rear of the house. Additionally, built-in wardrobes were installed in all our bedrooms and the library, and custom desks were beautifully designed around our bay windows for our children—it looks absolutely stunning!

Igor and his team did a fantastic job, as you can see from the photos. He is an incredibly knowledgeable project manager who meticulously broke down every detail of the work required and its associated costs. This level of transparency was important to me, as it demonstrated his expertise and gave me confidence in the accuracy of his quotes. Furthermore, he provided numerous impressive testimonials, along with pictures and videos of previous projects, which reassured me that he was the right choice.

This experience was completely different from the other three companies we received quotes from. Their estimates lacked detail, and they made assumptions about our needs without asking the necessary questions.

Amazingly, the entire project was completed within the planned eight-month timeframe and stayed within budget! I highly recommend Combit Construction for any major house renovation projects.

Igor and his team removed our dilapidated lean-to conservatory and built a beautiful new extension in its place. In addition, they turned what was our old kitchen into a shower and utility room, building sleek cupboards to house our paraphernalia so that the new open plan kitchen and living area remain clear and uncluttered. From the outset, Igor and Ivan were determined to make the utility room an object lesson in space saving storage and purpose built carpentry. Rezo and David worked tirelessly on the build, always punctual and professional. The team also came up with the possibility of a wrap around patio, where there had been old paving slabs and broken concrete. All of which attests to Combit’s special quality – the team really care about their work and are only satisfied with the best possible results, offering creative ideas and clever solutions along the way. I chose Combit Construction after a Google search for renovation specialists in North London. I was renovating a two-bedroom flat and wanted to get a few quotes for the job. I received quotes from three different companies and I went with Combit.
I chose Combit because I found Igor to be very thorough in understanding what I wanted to achieve, my budget, and time scale. Igor’s quote was not the cheapest however, it was the most thorough, and well-thought-out.
Throughout the build, I found that Igor’s workmen were working to a very high standard and when challenges arose Igor knew how to resolve them.

Igor and his Combit team completed a big and complicated flat renovation for us. We basically completely redid our whole flat, that is change all flooring throughout (level, sound insulate, and new flooring), change all ceilings throughout (level, sounds insulate, and new lights), new kitchen, two new bathrooms, renovate/improve our balcony, etc. Moreover, we’ve done all this while abroad keeping in touch with Igor on a nearly daily basis through a combination of calls, videos, and messages – which he was sending us about our project.

We’re extremely happy with the end result (see pictures). We obviously encountered quite a few unexpected problems along the way and Igor & his team were really good at resolving them. The end result is very high quality, even better than we had hoped! See for examples how nice the flooring looks or how nice the tiles were installed in the bathrooms. My neighbors also commended the team for being very tidy & quiet in the common areas.

The project has its set of challenges as we found some surprises in our existing structure after the demolition phase, but full marks to Igor and his team for being patient, methodical, solution focused, and always coming up with creative ideas to solve problems. We were staying upstairs with young kids through the duration of our project and Igor’s team were extremely sensitive to this, respected our space, and minimising disruptions where possible. The finish is fantastic, and all thanks to Igor. They also subsequently returned to rectify minor snagging one year after completion demonstrating his commitment to customer care.

“We needed to convert our garage into a room years ago but because of our bad experiences with builders in the past we could not face the mess, the music, the shouting, the not knowing whether the builders were going to show up, the starting late and leaving early afternoon, all the problems they kept telling us we had, the surprised extras on our final invoice, etc.
However, it came to a point that we really had to convert the garage and on asking around we were recommended to Igor at Combit Construction.
From the moment we spoke to Igor and subsequently met him, our faith in builders was restored. He is totally dedicated to his work and we felt like his only clients because he came round so many times during the day to check on the work. He always makes himself available to speak to you and always very obliging and helpful.
We cannot recommend this building firm highly enough.
We found everyone extremely efficient, hardworking, reliable and so polite.
They were unobtrusive – never heard a raised voice or radio. Always tidied both inside and outside every day and always were helpful with suggestions and ideas.
They took a pride in their work, were loyal to each other and always so helpful to us in so many ways. Never came to us with problems – they solved the problems, and the only extras on our final invoice was what we had added on ourselves – Igor always keeping us aware of the additional cost.

It was a delight to know workers who took pride in their work.
They were professional, thoughtful, respectful, on time and went the extra mile to complete the job in the allocated time.
Igor and his team worked on demolishing a back garden wall and replacing it with wood panels. Concrete the back garden. Pointing exterior walls. Painting exterior of whole house . Repair and render window sills. Power washing some areas making it look like new.
Carried out some small extra work, all at high standards.

We needed some structural modifications made on our new house, however, only just moving to London we did not have any contacts.
After researching numerous builders we found Combit Construction who were the first company who we felt comfortable working with.
Igor was always readily available and talked a great deal of sense, without confusing the customer with building jargon.
They were able to give us a date that fitted with our schedules well and completed the whole job in a day without fuss, and all at an excellent price!

The front of our house was painted and re done with meticulous attention to detail.Our kitchen and living room were completely refurbished and heating system re done. we were given plenty of advice, the work is good quality and of a high standard. The living room was given another 3 coats of paint when we thought it was finished as Igor and his polite team are perfectionists. There is no cutting of corners and yet the price compares well. Flat Renovation

This flat is located in Lancaster Grove, Belsize Park. The project involved replacing sash windows, stripping out the entire flat, providing proper sound insulation for the ceilings and floors, installing a new kitchen and two bathrooms, fitting new LVT flooring and doors, as well as carrying out full rewiring, replumbing, and completing the work with high-end decoration.

Challenges and Solutions:

The primary challenge was that the clients were abroad for the entire duration of the project. All communication was conducted via video calls, and all decisions were made remotely. Despite these unusual circumstances, the project was completed on time. The clients returned six months after the completion date and were delighted to see and experience the transformation.
